Normal Production Time:
8-10 working days for catalog quantities of Classic, Gold, Premium, Platinum, Cord, Elite, Elite+(Plus), and Elite2(Squared) products. Production time will begin after approval of credit and artwork.
Rush Orders:
Less than normal production time, $150(A) plus overnight shipping for reorders or straight-line copy. No rush orders on new designs. No fax or pre-production proofs available on rush orders. Please call for availability. Every effort will be made to accommodate in-hands date.
3-Day Super Service:
3-Day service available on select 3/4" Classic webbing products: Detachable Lanyards, Standard Lanyards, Keystraps and Wristbands. Service is valid on catalog quantities only. Colors available: White imprint on Black, Navy, Red or Royal. Imprint: Straight-line copy block letters only. Personalization, proofs and Lanyard styles not available. Day one is defined as the day we receive the order. Orders must be received by 4:00 p.m. CST.
Prices:
Please read item descriptions carefully. Most items do not include hardware / finishing options or styles. Please specify base item, size / length, shape, desired options and styles and add all charges to determine total price. Catalog prices are valid through December 31, 2008.
Fax / Email Proofs:
FREE upon request with order for Classic, Gold, Premium, Platinum and Cord products. Additional proofs $20(A). $60(A) for Elite, Elite+(Plus) and Elite2(Squared) products. Will affect production time.
Preproduction Proofs:
$60(A) per proof upon request with order (includes overnight shipping). Will affect production time.
Random Samples:
Random samples of all items may not be available. Quantities may be limited on random samples.
Spec Samples:
Random colors of Classic, Gold, Premium, Platinum and Cord FREE. Specific color combinations $50(A). Please allow 8-10 day production. All design charges apply.
Color Change:
Color change on the same order can NOT be combined for quantity pricing. Minimum 50 pieces per color; per item.
Changes to Orders:
Any change to an order after 24 hours from receipt will result in a $60(A) fee. Any requested design revisions will result in an additional $60(A) design charge.
Cancellation Charge:
20% of Purchase Order Total.

Terms:
Net 30 day with approved credit. New customers and orders above credit limit may require a deposit. Any order greater than catalog quantity will require a minimum of 35% deposit upon receipt of purchase order. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards.
Materials:
Elite and Elite2(Squared) products are made of woven polyester. Elite+(Plus) products are made of woven polyester sewn to polypropylene. All Classic, Gold, Premium, Platinum and Cord products are made of woven polypropylene and are not strength tested. They are not intended for use where tensile strength is required.
Weaving:
All designs are replicated, NOT duplicated. Exact repeat of logo or special type on same item, no charge if less than 2 years.
Packaging:
Bulk Packed. Hot Stamped items and hook & loop items are polybagged—No charge. Other catalog items: Special packaging available upon request. Call for pricing.
Overruns/Underruns:
Up to 5% over or under will be billed accordingly.
Shipping:
FOB factory in Wisconsin. Split destinations: additional $10(A) per destination.

Length of Items:
The length of an item is measured from one end of the webbing to the other end of the webbing on a finished product laid flat. Please note there is a +/-5% tolerance on length for all items.
Set up Charges: No charge for straight line copy on Classic, Gold, Premium, Platinum or Cord webbing. Logo, special type or specific layout requests: $60 (A). In addition, there is a separate $60(A) set-up charge on Classic, Gold, Premium, Platinum or Cord Webbing for non-standard background colors. There is a $60(A) set-up charge for all Elite, Elite+(Plus), Elite2(Squared) products when proper templates are submitted with properly formatted artwork. Artwork submitted in an unacceptable fashion will not be approved and may incur additional charges.
Return Authorization:
Merchandise may not be returned without factory authorization.
