How many colors can I have
on my product?
A: Our Cord, Classic, and Premium webbing lines include a 1-color
woven imprint on 1-color webbing. Our Gold line offers 1- or 2-color
woven imprints on 1-color webbing. Our Platinum line offers 1-,
2- or 3-color woven imprints on 1-color webbing. Our Elite+ label
can have up to 8 woven colors sewn on to 1-color Classic webbing.
The Elite line can have up to 8 woven colors. Our Elite2 (Squared) webbing can have up to 8 colors on each side. Additional color edges,
stripes, borders and multi-color webbing may be available for an
additional charge.

Please reference your company name and PO number in the reference
line so we can easily match it your order.
Can you match PMS colors?
A: No. PMS color matching is used for print processes. Weaving textiles is a completely different process and allows us to use the current 27 thread colors available. Approximate
PMS numbers are listed on our color charts to assist in selecting the closest match for the textile process.
How many letters can we put
on per inch?
A: Each product is different because the WOV-IN®
Line offers a unique weaving process and unlike printing, the letters
per inch vary. For example, a ‘W’ takes up more room
to weave than an ‘I’. The item being ordered, the length
of the imprint, and the letter style all help to determine how many
letters we can weave per inch. Please contact Customer Service for
your specific product order.
What is the imprint area
on our products?
A: Each product has its own imprint area. We design
each item with your custom imprint to be placed for maximum exposure
and we will size the artwork accordingly. For WOV-IN® Elite items, please
refer to the Template section of the WOV-IN® Collection catalog.
What is the minimum font
size for copy with our Elite products?
A: Sans Serif Fonts: 10pt.* Serif Fonts: 14pt.* *Some font styles may need to be larger
What is your production time?
A: Our typical production time for Wov-In Line products is 7-10 working days for catalog quantities
from proof approval depending on the type of product and the woven
imprint requirements.
Can I place a “rush
order”?
A: Our goal is to always try to meet your client’s
date without penalizing you. In rare cases there may be a $150(A)
charge.
What is your spec sample
policy?
A: Specific color combinations cost is $50(A). Random colors of Classic, Gold, Premium, Platinum and Cord are FREE.
How do I order a random sample?
A: As a courtesy to our customers, all random samples
are offered at no charge. You may email your request by completing
the on-line sample
request form.
What if I have to make changes
to an order?
A: Any change to an order after 24 hours from receipt
will result in a $60(A) fee. Any requested design revisions will
result in an additional $60(A) design charge.
What if I need to cancel
my order?
A: 20% of Purchase Order Total.
What is your overrun/underrun
policy?
A: Our goal is always to ship the exact quantity
ordered, however, up to 5% over or under will be billed accordingly.
What are your set-up charges?
A: The cost to design your product is typically
$60(A). Other charges may apply for proofs and special weaving requirements.
There is no set-up charge for products ordered using our straight
line copy (block letters only) in our Wov-In® Cord, Classic,
Gold, or Platinum lines, however, there is a separate $30(A) set-up charge on Classic, Gold, Premium, Platinum or Cord webbing for non-standard background colors. A Set-up charge of $60(A) always applies
to all Premium, Elite, Elite+(Plus), and Elite2(Squared) products including straight-line or block
letters only.
What do you charge for a
drop-ship order?
A: $10(A) per address
What hardware comes standard
on our products?
A: Hardware does not come standard. This allows
your customers the ability to customize the product to meet their
specific needs.
Can we modify the length
on our products?
A: Yes, you can shorten or lengthen most of our
products. Contact Customer Service for further information on your
specific product.
Do you make custom items?
A: Yes, we are willing to work with you on custom
projects. Contact Customer Service with a diagram or drawing of
your item and we will be happy to quote the project for you.
What is the difference between
Cord, Classic, Premium, Gold, Platinum, elite, Elite+(plus) & Elite2(Squared) webbing?
A: Cord: Our WOV-IN® Cord webbing offers slim,
lightweight polypropylene webbing with your 1-color custom imprint woven into
both sides of the cord. This thinner 3/16” width features
a dense weave to allow for more text and simple designs.
Classic: Our WOV-IN® Classic webbing offers the same high quality woven
process that we’ve provided for over 20 years. The Classic
line includes a 1-color imprint on 1-color polypropylene webbing available in
½”, ¾” and 1” widths.
Gold: Our
WOV-IN® Gold webbing has the look and feel of our Classic polypropylene webbing,
but the imprint is woven at a higher resolution, providing more
solid text and design clarity. 2-color imprints are another available
option in the Gold line, as well as width sizes of: ½”,
¾” or 1”.
Premium: Our WOV-IN® Premium webbing provides exceptional resolution and finer definition combined with the durability and strengt Colors include: Balck White, Red, Royal, Green and Athletic Gold. Available in Lanyards, Key Straps, Bottle Holders, Eyelgass Straps and Wristlets. Select colors available for Premium products---call for details.
Platinum: Our WOV-IN® Platinum
webbing combines a soft-touch feel with high quality text and design.
½” ¾” and 1” widths include 1-,
2- or 3-imprint on 1-color webbing (1- or 2-sided imprint is available).
Elite: Our WOV-IN® Elite material offers high thread count for high definition designs. This rich, heavyweight polyester fabric is available in ½”, ¾” and 1” widths for many products and in a variety of shape and size dimensions for various Elite Product Families.
Elite+(Plus): Our WOV-IN® Elite+(Plus) material has high thread count
for high definition designs. ¾” and 1” widths
include up to an 8-color polyesterlabel sewn on 1-color Classic polypropylene webbing.
Elite2(Squared): Our WOV-IN® Elite2(Squared) has Elite material sewn back to back which allows for double the imprint area. Offered in 5/8" & 3/4" widths with up to eight woven colors per side.
Can you personalize products?
A: Yes. Personalization is a special feature WOV-IN® offers in our Classic, Gold, Premium, Platinum and Cord Webbing lines. Our products can be personalized
with names (or even phone numbers)—And at only $2.00(A) per
piece, it’s a unique and affordable way to add a unique twist
to almost any of our products.
What is the difference between
embroidered and woven?
A: A woven product is a 1-step application where
all the threads are woven together at the same time. Embroidery
is a 2-step application where a logo or text is embroidered into
material already created. Embroidered products are usually priced
by their stitch count. WOV-IN® products offer a higher definition,
more durable, colorfast product at one clear price.
Can I get my logo printed
on a blank piece?
A: We offer pad printing on some of our hardware/accessories.
We do not encourage printing on top of our webbing.
How do i return merchandise?
A: Merchandise may not be returned without prior factory authorization.
How do i apply the wov-in Elite iron-on patches to clothing?
A: Pre-heat iron to HI/cotton setting. No Steam! Cover with thin cloth. Iron for 25 seconds using a constant pressure and SLOW twisting motion. Repeat on reverse side of fabric.
