Blanket: 50" x 60", 13 ounce, 100% polyester, anti-pill fleece.

Patch: Elite patch includes up to 8 colors, is up to 14 square inches and heat pressed to the blanket on one side only. Background and woven design colors must be chosen from our Elite Fabric Colors, we cannot do any PMS color matching. Other sizes available - call for details. Additional $20(G) set-up charge for custom shape.

Pre-Production Proof: $35(G) per proof upon request with order (includes overnight shipping). Will affect production time. Preproduction proofs are required on orders over 2500 pieces or any order exceeding $2500 net.

Spec Sample: $35(G) plus item end quantity price (EQP) and shipping. Please allow 8-10 days production. All design charges apply.

Random Samples: EQP. Freight not included. Please supply UPS or FedEx number for shipping.
