Elite fabric includes up to 8 woven colors, sewn to one side of reflective ribbon. This material is retro reflective with glass bead laminated to a poly cotton backing. Sewn with a twist in the webbing to lay flat when worn. Imprint reads up on right and down on left (when viewing being worn).
