Custom woven patch pricing includes Elite fabric with up to 8 colors and iron-on backing. Background and woven design colors must be chosen from our Elite Fabric Colors.

(Note: Patch orders will receive one instruction sheet with bulk packaging. Individual patch instructions available for $.08(C) each).

Size: Up to 14 square inches. (H x W = Square Inches)

Imprint Area: 1/4" margin.

Standard Shape Setup Charge: $45 (G) / Custom Shape Setup Charge: add $20(G).

Merrowed Edge: Imprint must be 1/4" away from edge of patch. Minimum size is 2" D. for Merrowed Edge style.
(Note: Merrowed edge on custom shapes require factory authorization. Standard Corners will be "squared" with merrowed edge. If rounded corners are desired, artwork must be set-up at a radius of at least .5". Rounded corners and any other non-standard shape is considered custom shape and have additional charges. Shapes larger than 25 sq. inches will have an additional charge of $20(G) - please call customer service for information).

PMS® Color Match: Not available.

Virtual Proof: Free upon request with order. Will affect production time.

Pre-Production Proof: $45(G). Will affect production time.

Spec Sample: $45(G), plus all set-up charges.

Overruns/Underruns: +/- 5% is normal and will be billed accordingly.
